To reset the blackberry there are 3 types, Soft Reset, Double Soft Reset and Hard Reset. The first try but gw udah gak effect. The second way is already in the test but not influence, too. The third way is the Oprek also but still no response.
Finally gw try to Reset to Factory Setting the Wipe Handheld. The way is easy, then I will explain below.
Soft Reset
This method is often used to clean the log / log cleaner or reducing less important files. How to do it easily, by pressing the [Alt] + [Capslock Right] + [Delete]
Double Soft Reset
Double Soft Reset will stop all applications. To do so, first, do a soft reset to a black screen, press [Alt] + [Capslock Right] + [Delete] again. The screen will be empty until the hourglass icon appears. Wait until the system was back to normal.
Hard Reset
Perform Hard Reset if a problem occurs on the network / network, software or hardware. This type of reset can be done by pulling the battery for 30 seconds, then reinstall the batteries. Turn on the BlackBerry the BlackBerry device will run as the initial use.
Wipe Handheld
If the problem can not be resolved, you can use the Wipe action. Wipe the BlackBerry was the Hard Reset, the effect, such devices are cleaned and reinstalled the system. But before you are encouraged to back up the data into the computer first.

For additional info, my Blackberry error because I upgraded Yahoo Messenger program to a newer version. But it was after I upgraded, I could not go to Yahoo Messenger via Blackberry menu. Once entered into the YM must immediately come out again (sign out automatically). I try to continue and the results as well.
